On the morning of April 19, 2024, the Project Development and Coteccons - Construction Contractor, held the Topping Out Ceremony for the Lancaster Legacy, marking a significant milestone in the project's development. The Topping Out Ceremony of Lancaster Legacy was attended by representatives of government agencies, local leaders, the leadership of the Project Development and Construction Contractor, along with the partners involved in the construction and development process.
